I received my BA in Spanish from Christopher Newport University
Who is your family?
My lovely parents Jeff and Lisa Highfield live in Blacksburg with my three younger siblings, Ryan, Claire, and Kaleb. My older sister Katie and her husband Nate live here on the peninsula!
what do you enjoy most about your role at the chapel?
The thing I love most about my role here at PCC is helping middle schoolers discover who Jesus is in a very real way. They are in such a pivotal season of life, so encouraging them to make their faith their own and develop an intentional relationship with Jesus is my favorite thing. I also love the day to day connections and life on life discipleship I get to do with girls that brings such fun and laughter to my job!
fun fact:
Two of my most favorite things are traveling and crafting! I have been to 8 countries and love getting to experience new cultures. In my free time, you can almost always find me doing something crafty with my hands or starting a new project.
