Who is your family?
I've been married to my husband, Phil, since 1990. We have two sons, Tommy and Jake, one of whom is married to our wonderful daughter-in-law. Together Tommy and Sean have one child, our granddaughter, Nicolette.
what do you enjoy most about your role at the chapel?
I love seeing people get connected into the Body of Christ here at PCC and then watching how the Lord brings healing and flourishing to broken people (all of us!).
fun fact:
I'm a dog lover! We have 2 1/2 dogs (our son's dog spends a lot of time with us). I love spending time outside, whether puttering around my yard or walking my golden retrievers.
full bio:
In a display of God's marvelous grace, I came to know the Lord at the age of 33 while living in Missouri where my husband did his graduate work. We moved to the Peninsula in 2002 and made PCC our church home in 2004. The Lord has used His people at PCC to help me grow in love for Him and for His Church and it's a privilige to serve on the PCC staff. In 2011, I took on the volunteer role of Women's Ministry Director, coming on staff in 2015. In 2020, I felt the Lord's call to pursue a master's degree in biblical counseling, enabling me to grow into my current position.
I'm a foodie, and I love to travel and spend time outdoors in the sunshine. But most of all, I love spending time with my family, especially my young granddaughter!
