11/13/25 Construction Update

Things are rolling! Here's where things are at after the last few weeks:

✅ Exterior framing nearing completion
✅ Exterior sheathing nearing completion
✅ Interior framing over 50% done
✅ Ductwork rough-in continuing
✅ Over 50% of the HVAC units hung
✅ Plumbing rough-in nearing completion
✅ Electrical rough-in continuing
✅ HVAC controls rough-in continuing
✅ Door cut through from the Gym to the new storage room
✅ Sound-proofing walls, insulation, and drywall continuing
✅ Concrete poured in the stair treads and landings

Looking ahead in the next few weeks:
- Exterior framing and sheathing completed
- Interior framing completed
- Rough-ins continuing and/or nearing completion
- Window installation
- Exterior soffits and gables framed out
- Roof installation
