6/13/25 Construction Update

And so it begins! Here's what has happened in the last couple weeks:

✅ Amended Site Plan Approval from York County
✅ Land Disturbance Permit Approval
✅ Building Permit Approval
✅ Site Work Mobilization
✅ Silt Fences and Erosion Control Installed
✅ Cooling Tower Replacement Site Visit
✅ Topsoil Stripped
✅ Fill Dirt / Building Pad Prepped

It's so exciting to see things finally happening on the property after years of preparation and planning. The next few weeks will entail things like more site work and further mobilization / supplies brought onsite, building layout, footings and foundation prep, and sewer line installation.

Please be praying for clear working weather and that when it does rain, the temporary drain lines will keep as much water off the building pad areas as possible. Also be praying as we operate SportsWorld in the non-construction-zone field areas and that we wouldn't be in the way or hinder the construction process.
