9/11/25 Construction Update
Just a quick lil update with some pics and video. We have a second floor slab! Crews started early this morning, pushed through the unexpected (and lingering) rain showers and are now putting the finishing touches on it. The cooling tower also got replaced this week and they're finishing up the connections to it.
The slab getting poured will finally enable some different crews to start working all at the same time. The roofers can begin their work, the steel guys can finish the side storage room, and the plumber and electrician can finalize the first floor before it gets poured in the next week or two. Framers can begin laying out interior & exterior walls, and we'll also be creating an opening on the second floor wall to wheel a large HVAC unit into its future home on the second floor of an existing storage room.
