7/10/25 Construction Update

Sorry for the delay in a post! Not much happened during the middle of June that was noteworthy as mobilization got into full swing, then everything started happening during SportsWorld and into early July and I couldn't keep up.

Some major items that have been completed in the last 4 weeks:
✅ Footings Dug
❌ Conduit providing power to the Cafe was "found" while digging the footings
✅ Cafe conduit repaired and wires replaced
✅ Rebar Laid
✅ Concrete Poured
✅ CMU ("Cinder Block") Laid
✅ CMU Elevator Shaft Constructed

Looking ahead, we've got plumbing and sewer lines coming in and then getting ready for steel! The schedule has steel slotted to begin in early August. In the background are all sorts of various tasks / planning / preparations keeping us all busy.

We'll also have our older (original from 1999) cooling tower replaced in August as a part of the project to prepare for the larger cooling demand that the new building will create.

Here's some clips that I took today of the progress:

Here's a time-lapse of the footers being dug and the concrete being poured:
Please don't hesitate to reach out with requests, questions, or things you'd like to see more of! As the building continues to go vertical we'll definitely add some drone shots into the mix. Until next time!
