10/22/25 Construction Update

Things are rolling and we're quickly approaching dried-in status! The last couple weeks finally has had multiple sub-contractors onsite working on various components. Up until that point it had largely been one sub onsite at a time while the steel and concrete went in to avoid people stepping on each others' toes.

✅ Exterior and interior walls being framed
✅ Plumbing rough-in started
✅ Steel crew finishing up stairs and final steel adjustments / fixes
✅ Temporary site lighting installed
✅ DOAS (Dedicated Outdoor Air System) HVAC unit installed upstairs in our existing storage space
✅ Mechanical contractor beginning to lay out and install ceiling-hung HVAC units
✅ Door openings into the existing building being planned / created

Looking forward, it's full steam ahead! Once the exterior walls are framed, sheathing and vapor barrier will quickly follow with windows slotted for install in early November. After that will be brick and siding.

Inside, interior wall framing will continue as mechanical guys keep running HVAC, ducts, plumbing, piping, and electrical rough-ins. Openings into the existing building will begin to be framed out and completed.

Enjoy some pics below of the progress!
